Public Performance: Eric Bascom, guitar and vocals with Mark Curtin on harmonica. I love the vibe at The Apple Place. The outdoor setting of performing in front of the apple orchard is lovely. The Bakery is in full swing - including their cider donuts - along with their Ice Cream Shoppe, and the many varieties of fresh apples for sale in The Barn adds to its charm. The early colors of Autumn are in bloom, and that means the Corn Maze is in place and ready to challenge all who enter. The Apple Place is a special place the whole family can enjoy.

Free Public Performance by Eric Bascom at The 45th Annual Apple Squeeze in Downtown Lenox, MA on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. I'll be performing a variety of popular singer-songwriter songs on Church Street from 3:00PM to 5:00PM during the festival. Please join me along with over 100 artisans & food vendors, the other live music performances across multiple downtown locations, sidewalk sales, and a kid's carnival. The Apple Squeeze is a family friendly event.

Public Performance and Lecture: "American Blues" by Eric Bascom. This presentation will offer a historical context of this iconic and original American musical art form from its roots beginning in the pre-turn of the 20th century to our modern times. Eric will discuss the evolution of the blues in some of its many forms, and will demonstrate through performance some of the key evolutionary periods of this musical art form that shaped American popular music from Tin Pan Alley and Broadway, to jazz, rhythm & blues, rock'n' roll, Motown and beyond.

The Eric Bascom Trio in performance for The New England Design Awards in Architecture. Private Event. We'll be playing a variety of jazz classics, originals, blues, along with a selection of standards from the Great American Song Book. This will be great fun!

Public Performance: Eric Bascom, solo, at the Apple Fest 2026, at The Apple Place in East Longmeadow, MA on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11AM to 1 PM. The Apple Fest runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and features a variety of artists, crafts, food, live music, and entertainment for the whole family. Admission is free and open to the public.

The trio members and I will be playing for Western New England University's Fall Reception.
